Colton joined the team in 2015 and was quickly promoted to Associate, specializing in Multifamily and Retail Investment Sales throughout the greater Central Valley. Colton has worked extensively with sellers in the underwriting and marketing of properties and been involved in a number of successful closed transactions that have been sold at record values. During his career, Colton has also represented many prominent buyers in their acquisitions of investment real estate in the high growth secondary and tertiary markets throughout the Valley. Prior to joining First Commercial, Colton was a top performer and Assistant Sales Manager at a privately held national retailer.
Colton earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Stanislaus Business School and serves on the Business Advisory Board at the college.
