Heather Woerner, Executive Assistant for First Commercial Real Estate & Advisory Services, brings over 18 years experience real estate professional support to the First Commercial Real Estate team. Heather’s primary responsibility is to perform administrative support to associates Ruben Sandoval, Colton Toste, and Ben Rishwain, Timothy Dooley, and Kevin Dougherty. She works closely with escrow officers, clients, tenants, and affiliates on behalf of the team.
Heather has more than 25 years of experience in administrative support, office management, accounting, marketing, and customer service. She started her career after finishing high school running a drywall office in San Leandro. She entered the Real Estate world in 2005 when a family member needed a reliable assistant to run his home office and transaction files. Heather has been a member of this team for four years and is excited to delve into the commercial side of real estate and property management.
Heather was born in San Leandro and grew up in Livermore. She currently resides in Lathrop after raising her two older kids in Tracy for many years. She enjoys spending time with family, raising her youngest daughter, refurbishing old furniture pieces, and cooking.
