Kevin Dougherty, President of First Commercial Real Estate & Advisory Services has built a specialized and highly-trained team of local market specialists dedicated to providing quality service and exceptional results for their clients and investors in the Central Valley. Kevin is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is recognized as an expert in all phases of the real estate investment process.
In 1993, Kevin established First Commercial Real Estate & Advisory Services to handle commercial and investment property exclusively. First Commercial sustains quality investments and community vitality through responsible transactions. Kevin’s fundamentals in business are trust and establishing strong relationships with his clients. With Kevin’s expert guidance and leadership, the First Commercial Team will provide you with in-depth knowledge of the market and comprehensive analysis of commercial real estate investment opportunities and solutions. Since 2013, Kevin has personally consummated commercial real estate transactions for his clients totaling over $90,000,000.
Kevin is very involved in the Stockton community as a property owner, developer, and community volunteer. In 2015, he partnered with a large national development company to redevelop a retail center in East Stockton, bringing new business to the community. In 2001, he was also instruments in the development of Stockton Gateway, located off Highway 4, between El Dorado Street and Center Street, a Spanish-mission designed co-brand facility of McDonald’s and Union 76 which became the cornerstone for heralding downtown redevelopment.
Kevin was formerly the Board Chair for the Central Parking Authority, Downtown Stockton Alliance, and the Miracle Mile Improvement District. He currently services on the Business Council of San Joaquin County, the City of Stockton Development Oversight Committee, and the Catholic Diocese Board.
Kevin is a native of Stockton. He and his wife, Julie, have two daughters. He is an avid cyclist and fly fisherman. He spends his spare time traveling with his family or touring the Central Valley and Tahoe area on his bike or fly fishing in northern California.

Kevin attended St. Mary’s High School in Stockton and received his Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University . He holds a State of California Real Estate Broker’s License. Affiliations include CCIM, CAR, CBA, NCCAR, & ICSC.
