Andy earned his MBA from San Jose State University and passed the California Real Estate Broker Exam in 2023. He later earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, further strengthening his expertise in investment analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and commercial real estate strategy.
Prior to brokerage, Andy began his real estate career in property management, where he managed a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the Bay Area. This operational background allows him to understand the factors that drive asset performance, including leasing, expenses, tenant relations, property-level operations, and value creation.
