As Senior Associate of investment and retail sales, Ben specializes in improving the bottom line for landlords and advising tenants on strategic market positioning. He also specializes in identifying and underwriting investment properties for buyers and sellers.
Background & Experience
With over 15 years of experience in landlord and tenant representation, Ben has counseled clients from the Central Valley to the Greater Bay Area, as well as overseas. He has leased or sold in excess of 3 million square feet and closed over 400 transactions valued at more than $210 million.
Ben’s clients have included Oakley, Donahue Schriber, Regency Centers, Dollinger Properties, Dunhill Partners, Pro Equity Asset Management, LNR Partners, Black Bear Diner and Sierra Pacific Properties. Notable transactions include the sale of Five Points Shopping Center in Redwood City, CA for $21.25 million and Polo Run Apartments in Stockton, CA for $20.55 million. His keen understanding of all aspects of the sales process, from valuation and acquisition to marketing, as well as his nimble negotiating practice has allowed Ben to deliver results to clients throughout all stages of real estate cycles. Recently, he completed sales of grocery-anchored centers in Reynolds Ranch in Lodi, CA and Kenworthy Crossing in El Paso, TX during the 2020 pandemic closures.
